On Friday and Saturday the 6th and 7th April Project MARCH at the carreerevent in the Amsterdam RAI. This fair is the biggest carreerevent in the Netherlands. More than 120 companies presented their occupations here. Project MARCH attended these days together with our Platinum partner, DSW Healthcare insurances. It were two fun days with a lot of enthousiastic visitors. Thanks DSW for this fun event.
At the 4th of April project march attended the Carreerevent of the Bachelorstudy Clinical Technology. In order to inform the students about future job possibilities we held two workshops. Besides that, we presented our Project and newest parts at our stand. The day was a great succes, which ofcourse would have never been possibile without the enthousiasm of the students
At the 9th and the 10th of March our team attended the open days of the Delft University of Technology. In this way we could show the technical students which extra curricular activities TU Delft offers to her students. Both at the faculty of Industrion Design and the faculty of Applied Sciences.
Past month four teammembers of MARCH III have travelled to Valencia to participate in the EPP Group Bureau Meeting. This Congress of the EPP was set up to obtain new impressions and inspiration for their future policy. A big chance for the team of Project MARCH to show the exoskeleton to this audience. It might even be a first entrance to creating international governmental support for our technology. During these three days we have met several members of the European Parliament, for example the spanish Carlos Moedas: European commisionar for Research, Science and Innovation. Also the Dutch representatives of the EVP, Wim van de Camp en Lambert van Nistelrooij, came to visit our stand at this congress. And last but definitely not least we got the chance to discuss our exoskeleton with the Prime-minister of Spain: Mariano Rajoy Brey. All together it was a very successful congress for Project MARCH. And besides that, we have also enjoyed the city itself ofcourse...
On behalf of their fifty year anniversary, the mall 'de Hoven Delft' organised the exposition 'Future in the Hoven'. Since Project MARCH has a strong connection to future society, we had a lot of fun participating in this event. This is, of course, partially because it is always great to share the new developments in Delft with the people from Delft.
Every third monday of the month De Volkskrant, KNAQ, NEMO kennislink and De Balie organize a KennisCafé located at Amsterdam. On monday evening 18th of december we were talking about superheroes. Project MARCH attended this KennisCafé. Magali Ponds talked about the social and technological side of superheroes.
On friday the 24th and saturday the 25th of November the Talent event took place in the Jaarbeurs located in Utrecht. The Talent Event is the first event that specifically focusses on matching digital talent with relevent employers. Project MARCH attended both days of the event to present the newest prototype of the MARCH.

Thursday the 23th of November the Masterclass Haegsche Lobby was held for the 14th time! After the longest formation period of the cabinet ever the start of the new cabinet has finally been initiated. Who gets what ministry post; Who will be the new spokesperson for health care and what is there vision for the upcoming four year? All these questions and more were answered during this event. Here, project MARCH illustrated their contribution to health care innovation in a short masterclass.
On saturday the 18th of November Project MARCH attended the Employeeday of the faculty 3ME of the TU Delft. Here we organized a wheelchair obstacle race, to make all visitors aware of the inconveniences that are bound to them. The inconveniences, we believe, can be overcome by an exoskeleton.
On the 15th and 16th of November 2017 the 17th edition of the Precisiebeurs took place. Project MARCH was standing at this fair to present the newest prototype of the MARCH. As technical students we loved to have some tech-talks with our visitors, since this congress was all about technology
In week 46 the first edition of the e-Health week was visiting the ministry of Public Health, Welfare and Sports. Tuesday the 14th of October a Hi-technology day was held. This day was all about Hi-technology in healthcare and the introduction of managers and policymakers to them. Project MARCH gave a short symposium here about our project and our contribution to the promising exoskeleton technology.
On November 10th, Project MARCH attended the congress "Verder in Beweging". This congres was organized by our partner De Sint-Maartens Kliniek. At this congres the focus was on future healthcare with regard to posture and movement. Here, we shared our vision on the future of the promising exoskeleton technology with all our stand visitors.
On 9 and 10 November 2017 the Netherlands Society of Rehabilitation Medicine (NSRM/ VRA) organized the Dutch Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (DCRM) in Maastricht, The Netherlands. The theme of this highly interactive and interdisciplinary conference was ‘Moving ahead towards participation’. Project MARCH attended this event to give you more inside information about our Project.
The 8th of November, Project MARCH attended the Carreerday of the faculty of Movement Sciences of the VU. Our team organized several workshops, with an emphasis on solving intense, interactive and in-depth cases.
On saturday the 28th of October the Alumni Day of the student Association Leeghwater took place. Project MARCH provided an interactive programme for the attending former mechanical engineering students of the TU Delft (subscribing is possible via the website).
On Friday the 20th and Monday the 23th of October the Open Days of Delft University of Technology took place. Project MARCH attended these Open Days of the faculties of Industrial Design Engineering (IDE) and Electrical Engineer, Mathematics & Computer Science (EWI) to tell you more about our project. On Saturday the 28th of October the Alumni Day of the student Association Leeghwater will take place. Project MARCH will provide an interactive programme for the attending former mechanical engineering students of the TU Delft.
On Sunday the 15th of October Science for Humanity took place. Project MARCH II attended this event along with the MARCH II, our second exoskeleton. With help of two Tech-Talks Project MARCH showed the visitors what we do and what we achieved the past years.
