As Team Manager of Project MARCH you are the face of the project for external parties, such as our many sponsors, TU Delft and variuous media. In addition, as Team Manager you are responsible for keeping the atmosphere in the team up to the standard. A Team Manager is a people-person who tries to get the maximum out of all team members of Project MARCH.
There is a lot to look into with the development of an exoskeleton in one year. As Project Manager you guid the entire team to deliver the exoskeleton in one year and within the budget. You are responsible for planning and meeting these deadlines. You achieve this by creating an efficient working environment in which both the engineers and the supporting functions such as PR & Acquisition can perform to the maximum.
The Chief Engineer is the techincal responsible person within the team of Project MARCH. It is your job to make sure where the technical focus lies, and to make the right technical decisions. You will do this together with your team of engineers. As a Chief Engineer you are the expert of the designed exoskeleton.
As the Acquisition Manager you are indispensible in the project by gather sponsorships with all our external partners. You will use your strong social, negotiation & organising skills to get the maximum out of all the deals that you seal! Besides that you will facilitate all existing relations of Project MARCH with external partners.
As the Public Relations Manager you design & implement your marketing strategies that will strengthen the relations with the media & specific target audiences of Project MARCH. Your goal is to enlarge the awareness around exoskeleton technologies. This is the reason why you also will be present at a lot of events.
As a Visual Designer your goal is to make the brand awareness of Project MARCH as big as possible. By making movies, designing posters, banners and renders will put Project MARCH on the charts! It is your goal to facilitate the external media of Project MARCH.
