Amy Driesse

As a Mechanical Engineer, Amy works alongside the other mechanical engineers on key aspects of the exoskeleton, namely designing and fabricating the joints and frame components. What she enjoys most is the process of creative problem-solving and the satisfaction of bringing her ideas to life step by step.

Her interest in Project MARCH started when she was sixteen, searching for a study and attending a presentation about the team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, she is driven by the desire to design and produce products that make a real impact on people’s daily lives. Project MARCH provides her with the perfect opportunity to apply her knowledge to a project with meaningful social value.

Amy is motivated, thoughtful, and passionate about innovation. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to know that her contributions will help create a working exoskeleton that ultimately improves the lives of people with paraplegia.
