Boran Claassen

As a Design Engineer, Boran is driven by a fascination with anatomy and human movement. He sees the project as an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and the human body. In his role, he applies his technical skills to a hands-on project that pushes beyond theory and into real-world impact. What excites him most is the chance to design something functional, tangible, and potentially life-changing.

His background in Industrial Design Engineering has given him both a solid technical foundation and a passion for creating meaningful products. Boran is particularly motivated by the immense potential of exoskeletons, not only to restore mobility for people with paralysis, but also to open the door to new medical and assistive applications.

Boran mainly worked in small teams during his studies, he now looks forward to collaborating in a larger interdisciplinary setting. He thrives when learning from others and is motivated to further develop both his design expertise and communication skills. With curiosity, commitment, and a drive to make a difference, he is ready to take on the challenge at Project MARCH.
