As Team Manager, Linde is responsible for both the team and the project. She ensures that all members can collaborate effectively and supports them in achieving their personal goals. With a diverse group of students, she makes sure that every discipline contributes to the success of the project. As the face of Project MARCH, she also represents the team to partners and the outside world.
Her background in Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft has taught her how to combine creativity and technical possibilities to translate user needs into concrete solutions. She is motivated to raise awareness of the challenges faced by people with disabilities and to guide the team towards creating an end product that can make a real difference.
After this year, Linde will start the Master’s program Integrated Product Design (medical track), where she will continue to focus on developing medical products that improve accessibility and everyday life.
