Roos Plaum
As Operations Manager, Roos leads the Operations Department and ensures that both the team and organization runs smoothly. She is responsible for Project MARCH’s financial planning and administration, legal affairs, and the coordination of contracts and obligations. In addition, she maintains partnerships and coordinates external events to strengthen the visibility and support of the project. What she enjoys most is the variety of her role, combining hands-on operations with broader management responsibilities.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft, with a focus on Transport and Logistics, Roos chose to dedicate the year between her bachelor and master studies fully to Project MARCH. This role offers her the perfect opportunity to deepen her knowledge of finance and legal processes, while also challenging herself to learn how to manage and guide a large multidisciplinary team.
Roos is energetic, determined, and thrives on new challenges. She looks forward to growing both professionally and personally, and values the chance to work closely with a diverse group of motivated students. What excites her most about Project MARCH is not only the professional learning experience, but also its societal impact.
