Aaron de Graaf
As Project Manager, Aaron drives Project MARCH forward and keeps the team aligned. He manages the annual schedule, coordinates departmental roadmaps, and ensures deadlines are met while keeping a close eye on the bigger picture. Beyond keeping the project on track, Aaron focuses on clear communication and open dialogue to foster a strong team spirit, ensuring team members feel heard and challenges are addressed early.
Aaron has a background in Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology, where he discovered his passion for prototyping and bringing ideas to life. During project management courses at Lund University in Sweden, he got his first taste of leadership. An experience that sparked his interest in management. He joined Project MARCH because of its direct human impact: restoring mobility for people with spinal cord injuries. This combination of technical challenge and real-world purpose drives his work.
This year, Aaron aims to refine his management style, improve communication, and gain practical leadership experience where engineering, design, and teamwork come together. He looks forward to collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds, learning from their perspectives, and growing both professionally and personally. Above all, he hopes to have an enjoyable year building technology that genuinely makes a difference.
