Alexander Andonov
Alexander Andonov grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria. He was part of another dreamteam last year: Delft Hyperloop, but wanted to broaden his knowledge even more and will now join our team this year. Alexander is therefore also very driven and inspiring and is curious about various topics and does not like sitting still.
He will join the Software Engineers this year, where he will be responsible for the higher level controls of the exoskeleton, determining where it wants to go and how it should communicate that to the different subsystems. He likes this position because it requires a good understanding of each part of the exoskeleton, which means he will learn a lot about each component that makes the exoskeleton work.
His personal goal for this year is to understand enough of robotics and biomechanics to make an exoskeleton that achieves all of our team's goals, and he thinks we will have a good shot at the Cybathlon.
