Kim Adams
Kim Adams is one of our most cheerful and optimistic team members, always open for a chat, and you can always turn to her. Kim takes on the role of a very important position: the Team Manager. As a Team manager she is responsible for ensuring that each team member reaches their fullest potential while also maximizing the team's overall performance. Additionally, she serves as the face of Project MARCH, ensuring that the project is presented in the best possible way to the outside world.
She chose this position as Team Manager because she believes it is a highly diverse role that involves intense interaction with all team members. She sees it as a significant challenge to support everyone in achieving their personal goals and performing at their best throughout the year. Furthermore, kim knows how to strike a perfect balance between camaraderie and humor among the team while maintaining a serious and diligent work ethic.
Her personal goal for this year is to improve her presentation skills for larger groups, gain more confidence in decision-making, and enhance her professionalism in work and communication.
