Kim Hernandez Salvador

Kim Hernandez Salvador knew immediately when she came across Project MARCH that she wanted to be part of the team. Her interests lie in combining medicine and engineering. During her Bachelor she liked the subjects that resembled embedded systems engineering the most.

That's why she became one of our Embedded System Engineers. As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you form the bridge between the hardware and software. This way, they collaborate with multiple departments. The primary job is to program the microcontrollers that are present all over the exoskeleton. These microcontrollers are positioned on the legs, in the backpack and in the input device.

She wants to find out through this year if this field is something for her in the future. Furthermore, Kim is very athletic, smart and calm and is confident that if we make a reliable exoskeleton we have a chance to win the cybathlon!
