Michelle Geertse
Michelle Geertse grew up in Bergen op Zoom, in Brabant, and is always there for others. She is very caring, empathetic and social. Exactly the qualities needed for the position of Human Engineer. This is because, the Human Engineer is closest to the pilot. She makes sure the pilot is central to developing the exoskeleton and that the interaction between the pilot and the exoskeleton is optimal.
Her personal goal for this year is to create a safe, user-friendly exoskeleton with a central focus on the pilot in the development.
Balancing her part-time job at the hospital alongside her full-time commitment to Project MARCH, she always has busy weeks, but Michelle enjoys it. She is diligent and very hardworking and doesn't give up easily, along with her positive and optimistic attitude she is a trusted point of contact for both the team and the pilot.
