Nike Cameron Celie

With Nike Cameron Celie, you can always share a laugh; he's consistently cheerful, enthusiastic, and has a unique style. His greatest passion is breakdancing. He also enjoys various other dance styles, and within our team, he's renowned as the top limbo dancer. In addition, he serves as one of our Control Engineers, responsible for ensuring that the motor controller accurately positions the joints with minimal errors. In short, he ensures that all the joints move precisely as directed by the higher-level control system.

His personal goal this year is to enhance his programming skills and deepen his understanding of control systems in robotics through active application. He's excited about gaining hands-on experience within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and immersing himself in project-based work.

Nike chose to be a part of Project MARCH because it is the only Dream Team focused on improving the well-being of people, with a special emphasis on those who are paraplegic. When you're hands-on in the pilot project, you can genuinely see the positive impact you're making in someone's life. It's not just about technological innovation; it's about making a tangible difference. According to him, that's what sets MARCH apart. He also adds: "Plus, let's be honest, building an exoskeleton is just really cool!"

He's really looking forward to his journey with the team.
